Can orders be delivered to a different address than my own?

No. If it is your first order, we can only deliver to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers’ against fraud.

If delivery to an address other than your own is a necessity, and it is not your first Elizabeth Boss order, then please contact us by email at elizabethboss@blueyonder.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email, it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date and details of your delivery.

Your Right to Cancel:

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Elizabeth Boss. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your Elizabeth Boss purchase, please contact us by email to explain your reasons for returning and follow the instructions given. You must return the goods to us within 28 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Please return the goods before the expiry of this period to the address given in your confirmation email. Your money will be refunded upon the receipt of the goods at Elizabeth Boss.

We will refund the costs of returning the goods for you if the total value of your order (excluding postage costs) exceeds 40 GBP

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Postage Options

SAFETY: All items are sent in a padded or strengthened envelope. I take great care in wrapping as I realise the seller wants to receive the item in the best condition. However some buyers want to reduce the postage costs and ask me to just put the item in an envelope - I will do this but it's at the buyers risk. I only feel happy when we wrap items to the highest quality.

GUARANTEE: Postal insurance can be arranged on all items, the cost can vary but starts at £3.30. I can also organise to post items by recorded or signed for delivery, which will enable you to track the pacel via the Royal Mail site.

COSTS: Both AIRMAIL and SURFACE MAIL costs can be advised to you. AIRMAIL usually takes about 10 days to reach you and is a very safe method to send. SURFACE MAIL on the other hand is very unreliable, unsafe and can take 12 weeks. AIRMAIL is obviously more expensive but we feel well worth it. We'll always do as much as we can to help out with getting postage costs as low as possible for you.
